All orders with Sauce District by POLOTRENDZ LLC are processed within a 1 to 7 business day time frame. All orders are sent out with an express service that is fully tracked using either Royal/DHL/UPS/DPD.
Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure at the point of checkout that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to invalid addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is normally between 1 to 3 business days.
Please be aware USUALLY items will arrive quicker than the estimates given above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / EU ORDERS
International buyers may receive a customs charge. Sauce District by POLOTRENDZ LLC is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost. For further information prior to purchase, please contact us.
Delivery time normally takes between 4-20 days.
Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as “returned goods – of no commercial value”. This is to prevent them being held at customs. Sauce District will not be responsible for any charges if this is done incorrectly.
