Christmas Exchange Policy

All orders received from the 20/11/24 – 24/12/24 will be valid for our Christmas Exchange policy. Customers will have until the 05/01/25 to exchange their order for a different size or a new model. Please note that a refund within this extended time frame will not be accepted.

Please also be aware that our prices can fluctuate; if the price is different when requesting an exchange, you will be invoiced for the price difference, once paid we will dispatch your exchange.

If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, we will return your original order back to you. Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process your exchange.

If we are out of stock of the requested size, we will contact you via email to discuss alternative options.

Please purchase a postage label using a tracked and signed for delivery service and send to the address above. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

International customers will be liable for any import duties that we incur when receiving your return/exchange. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Only international exchanges will require an additional shipping cost before being dispatched.

Standard Exchange Policy

All items ordered via our online store are eligible for an exchange or store credit 14 days from the day of arrival.

All items ordered via our physical store are eligible for an exchange or store credit 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that all outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are sold at a heavily discounted price. If you wish to have the option for an exchange, please order the normal product on our store. Electronic items and watches cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale.

All sourcing requests cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale. I.E. Any products that we do not offer on our website or that are out of stock. 

To qualify for an exchange the item must be returned to us unworn with the original tags still attached.

Once we have received the item back we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with either store credit or an exchange. Please note that all sizes are priced differently depending on our purchase cost, therefore please bear in mind that there may be an additional cost to pay for the new size required. 

How do I create a return?

We recommend you ship your item back via a tracked service with Royal Mail.

To start an exchange simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and someone will guide you through the next steps.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you decide you do not want your order within 1 hour of purchasing please email our customer service team at [email protected] or get in touch via live chat. Please note our customer service and live chat is only available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

A 8% cancellation fee is processed on all orders due to our payment merchants policies.

Due to how quickly we aim to dispatch orders, if this item has been fulfilled or it is past the 1 hour time scale, this order cannot be cancelled and the exchange policy applies.
